Content you input into the Newsbound platform — including press releases, pitches, briefing documents, and journalist contact details — in order to provide our services.

IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the site, collected automatically when you use our website.

Cookie data

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

4. AI processing

Newsbound's platform uses an agentic AI to generate content and take actions on your behalf, such as drafting press materials and sending pitches to journalists. To do this, our AI processes the content and instructions you provide.

We do not use your personal data to train our AI models without your explicit consent. AI-generated outputs are tools to assist you — you remain responsible for reviewing all content before it is published or distributed.

5. How we share your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data in the following circumstances:

Service providers

With trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our platform, including hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytics tools. These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

Legal requirements

Where required by law, regulation, or court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Newsbound operates from Israel, which has been recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection by the European Commission. Some of our third-party service providers are based outside Israel and the EEA.
