• Harm, harass, or abuse any person or entity

SECTION 3 — AI-generated content

Newsbound's platform generates content and takes autonomous actions on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated outputs are drafting tools only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content before publication or distribution. Newsbound does not guarantee the accuracy or legal compliance of any AI-generated content.

Autonomous actions taken by the AI agent — such as sending pitches or contacting journalists — are performed at your direction. You must ensure you have appropriate consent and legal authority before enabling such actions. You retain full editorial and legal responsibility for all published content.

SECTION 4 — Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and underlying technology — is the property of Newsbound or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

SECTION 5 — User-submitted content

If you submit content to us — such as feedback or testimonials — you grant Newsbound a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and irrevocable licence to use, modify, and display that content for promotional or operational purposes. You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights.

SECTION 6 — Privacy and data

Your privacy matters to us. How we collect, use, and store your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to data processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including Israel's Privacy Protection Law and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on our site. AI-generated content is provided for drafting purposes only — Newsbound makes no guarantee as to its accuracy or fitness for publication.

SECTION 8 — Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newsbound is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services — including loss of data, revenue, profits, reputational damage, or any claims arising from reliance on or publication of AI-generated content.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

SECTION 9 — Third-party links and services

Our website may link to third-party sites or integrate with third-party services. These are provided for convenience only. Newsbound does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, practices, or privacy policies. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk.

SECTION 10 — Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access without notice if you breach these terms or engage in conduct harmful to Newsbound or its users. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and liability limits — will continue to apply.
